The Halo LT 5/6 inch All-Purpose Baffle Trim Downlight is an easily installable retrofit baffle trim kit that combines energy savings, long life, and sustainability of LED lighting. It features dual-position torsion springs that tightly pull the trim to the ceiling, making it suitable for new construction, remodeler, and retrofit installations in Halo and other compatible 5 inch and 6 inch recessed housings. The diffuse lens provides shielding to the source and is wet location listed, making it suitable for use in showers and outdoor covered ceiling applications. It also conforms with NFPA requirements for closet use.

The downlight comes with a dimmable 120-volt integral driver with an inline easy connector that provides power using a standard E26 screw in socket adapter provided, or can be connected directly to the mating connector in the LED housings. It ships with a gasket and makes any housing airtight for added energy savings and code compliance. The recessed lighting is dimmable from 100% to 10% with continuous flicker-free dimming and has a 3000K color temperature.

The LED module is field interchangeable and upgradable, consisting of an LED array, optical assembly, driver, and baffle style self-flanged trim. The inline electrical quick connect and E26 screw in adapter provided makes for easy connection.

The downlight is wet location listed for showers and protected ceilings and can be used for outdoor areas like covered porches, gazebos, outdoor walkways, showers, and indoor dining areas. It is available in both 4 inch and 5-6 inch lenses, providing a variety of options for different applications.
